Holistic-Fitness Sport Martial Arts and Fitness School boasts a modern, newly refurbished studio, where emphasis is placed on safety and comfort. The floor is completely covered with 2 layers of 25 mm thick Eva foam mats, to provide an impact friendly surface to train on.

Location

Located in the heart of Wimbledon, the studio is easily accessible by bus, train, tube and tram. Also, parking is available a few minutes walk away, at one of several car parks. Wimbledon Bridge Car Park costs 80p per hour, or is free after 6.00p.m.

Details

Training sessions are available on a daily basis from 6-30am to 6pm weekdays and by appointment on weekends. Sessions may include Kickboxing, self defence, Mixed Martial Arts and Aikido, boxing and kung-fu, together with one to one fitness training.

A team of fully qualified instructors / trainers are available.

As a fully equipped studio, we cater for anyone who wishes to practice the martial arts, boxing & fitness training. Whether in a class, or on a one to one basis. Alternatively you can just come along to get fit and tone up.

Non-members fees are £7.50 per class, £10 for MMA and Aikido
