Personal Background
Born in Derby, moved to London 23yrs ago. Working as a self employed engineer.
Martial Arts Background
Originally from a boxing background. I took up kickboxing locally 10 yrs ago. I have been teaching for 6 years. Whilst competing in a number of tournaments myself, I also enjoy encouraging students to compete in the tournament circuits, whether it is their first fight or they are highly experienced. I specialise in teaching sparring, self-defence, one-2-one training sessions and circuit classes.

2nd Dan Black Belt Kickboxing (NAKMAS). Qualified Grading Examiner (NAKMAS)
Hobbies
Football, tennis and going to the gym. Reading, socialising and listening to music (especially R & B).
Why Holistic?
I have known Steve for 10yrs both as an instructor and training partner. I feel Holistic are a young and vibrant school who are fast becoming a force to contend with in the martial arts. Holistic has a lot to offer to both the novice and experienced martial artist. I am pleased to be joining Steve and his top team of instructors.
