Why Have a Personal Trainer?

The next step is to book a no obligation 1-2-1 trial session where you can meet Steve Dixon owner of Holistic Fitness and personal trainer. Before even attempting to train Steve will discuss your requirements, help you to pinpoint your goals and find out if personal training is suitable for you.

Personal Training classes can take place in our central Wimbledon fitness studio or at your home, or local park.

Holistic Fitness Facilities for Personal Training

Holistic-Fitness Studios, Wimbledon boasts, 2 training rooms and a newly refurbished personal training studio, where emphasis is placed on safety and comfort. The floor is completely covered with 2 layers of 25 mm thick Eva foam mats, to provide an impact friendly surface to train on.

Personal training sessions are available on a daily basis from 6:30am to 6:00pm weekdays and by appointment on weekends. As well being fully qualified to train you to reach your personal best on general fitness basis, our instructors can also train you in Kickboxing, Self-defence, Mixed Martial Arts, Aikido, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jistu and Kung-fu. So whatever your personal training requirements we can tailor our 1-2-1 training sessions for you.


Personal Training With A Friend

They say a problem shared is a problem halved and so if motivation is a key issue then why not train with a friend?
As well as 1-2-1 Personal training sessions, Holistic Fitness also offer 1-2-2 training sessions meaning that you and a friend, partner or sibling can help push one another further, encourage one another other and celebrate each others achievements.
