Designed especially for beginners this 12 week kickboxing class will introduce you to the basic techniques of kickboxing, where you will learn to kick, punch and spar, all the while getting fitter, stronger and more flexible!

While fitness fads come and go, Kickboxing at the Holistic Fitness Studios concentrate on simple, effective exercises that improve your core strength, increase stamina and gives you the thrill and adrenaline rush that only a seriously, challenging workout can.

So if your exercise regime has become a boring, dull treadmill (literally) or you finding that you want to add some extra 'grit' to your workout, then now is the time to commit to getting fit and taking on a 12 week kickboxing class in the centre of Wimbledon.

Each week you will be taken through a through warm-up followed by kickboxing drills and techniques and finish off with a few rounds of sparring.

Never done kickboxing before?
Nervous about sparring?

Firstly, this course is very much focussed on beginners only, so whether you have never tried it before or perhaps did a bit as a child but now it all seems forgotten then this kickboxing course is for you!

Secondly, at Holistic Fitness we can assure you that you will be met with a warm welcome and that all of our classes are a friendly mix of genders across a broad spectrum of ages, sizes and fitness levels.
 

Sparring is done at a level that you feel comfortable with and of course if ever you don’t wish to join in then there are always plenty of bag-work drills to help you keep up the pace.

Our club is an attitude-free zone and we absolutely encourage and welcome new-beginners; we can all remember our first time of walking into similar places. While the work out may be challenging everything we do is simply about getting fit and having fun.
