At Holistic Fitness our Aikido Classes are taught by Karol Hoffer, a 3rd Dan Aikidoan, and has trained for over 15 years with Aikido masters all over the world. He is one of the very few Europeans who has the privilege of being affiliated with the Yokohama International Aikido Club in Japan.
Aikikai Aikido is a very traditional form of Aikido which very much centres around the harmony of body and mind in Martial Arts which is reflected in the fluid but extremely effective techniques that Karol teaches. Such as class is ideal for anyone who would like to see how the power of a large opponent can be used against them and beginners will find their progress is swift if the techniques are applied correctly.
