1-2-2: Personal Training with a Friend

Personal Trainer, Steve Dixon offer 1-2-2 sessions for those of you who like to train alongside a friend to help keep you motivated, add a competitive edge and share the cost.
By training together with Steve each of you will develop a series of fitness orientated goals and share your successes and achievements. While challenging and pushing you beyond your comfort zone, personal training sessions at Holistic Fitness Studios are effective and fun and you will see your fitness levels increase, have more energy and generally be a better, fitter, more happy you.
Sessions can take place at out central Wimbledon, dedicated personal training studio, where you will find a range of equipment from kettle bells, punch bags, TRX Suspensions system and more. Alternatively Steve can visit you at a your home, workplace or park and appointments can be made from 6:30am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday (weekend appointments may be available by special arrangement for pre-booked block sessions)
While you and your friend may train together your efforts and goals are personal, with your fitness aims tailored to your own level. However that is not to say there won't be a healthy dose of competition but ultimately training with a personal trainer and friend is about encouragement and at Holistic Fitness we want you to be your best!
